Refund & Freshness Policy

At Appily Twentyfive, we pack every vegetable lot with care. If something goes wrong with your delivery, this policy explains how we review and resolve eligible refund or replacement requests.

1. Eligible situations

We may approve a refund, store credit, or replacement when:

• The wrong vegetable variety or pack size was delivered.
• Items arrived visibly spoiled, crushed, or unfit for consumption on arrival.
• The shipment was lost or not delivered within the committed window and confirmed by the courier.
• Payment was charged twice for a single order due to a technical error.

2. Reporting window

Contact us within twenty-four hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the affected items. Reports received after this window may not qualify, as fresh produce quality cannot be verified beyond reasonable time limits.

3. Non-eligible cases

We generally cannot process refunds for:

• Natural freshness variation where produce is safe to eat but softer or firmer than expected.
• Orders rejected at delivery without valid reason or unreachable recipient.
• Damage caused by improper storage after successful delivery.
• Seasonal taste preference differences not related to product defect.

4. Refund method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within seven to ten business days. COD orders may receive store credit or a bank transfer after verification. Partial refunds apply when only part of an order is affected.

5. How to raise a request

Email vegetables@appilytwentyfive.com or visit Track & Support with your order ID, delivery date, and supporting photos. Our desk responds within one to two business days.
