Shipping & Delivery Policy

Appily Twentyfive ships fresh vegetable across India through verified courier partners using ventilated, chilled packaging designed to maintain quality in transit.

1. Processing time

Orders are typically packed within one to two business days after confirmation. During peak harvest seasons or festival periods, processing may extend by an additional day. You will receive dispatch notification with tracking details once the parcel leaves our facility.

2. Delivery timelines

Estimated transit times vary by destination pin code — metro areas generally receive orders within two to four business days after dispatch; remote locations may require five to seven business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, as third-party logistics may experience delays.

3. Shipping charges

Prepaid orders include free standard shipping unless stated otherwise at checkout. Cash on Delivery orders may include a flat COD handling fee displayed before payment confirmation. Express or same-day options are not currently available.

4. Packaging standards

Vegetables are sorted, quality-checked, and packed in breathable liners with appropriate cushioning. Temperature-sensitive varieties receive additional cold-chain materials where feasible. We minimize excess packaging while protecting produce integrity.

5. Delivery attempts

Couriers typically attempt delivery up to two times. If undeliverable, the parcel may return to us and a re-shipment fee may apply. Ensure someone is available to receive perishable goods promptly.

6. Serviceable areas

We deliver to most pin codes across India. If your location is unserviceable, checkout will indicate this before payment. We continuously expand coverage based on courier partner availability.
